As both a physical meeting place and a virtual collaboration platform, CONNEXIA©
is designed to bring together the expertise and knowledge of the
Sinapse network to meet clients’ needs in a timely manner.
CONNEXIA© hinges on a flexible yet effective structure that allows it to take advantage
of the expertise available at Sinapse and throughout its partner network.
CONNEXIA© is made up of a knowledge-sharing center and a community of experienced
consultants who can support clients with their projects by drawing on the various
components of our approach.
For Sinapse, CONNEXIA© is a key link in the consultation chain that can be used
at startup or when a project is already underway.
Objectives
- Actively develop consultant expertise and knowledge on an ongoing
basis;
- Offer clients concrete solutions by providing the expertise and
knowledge they need, when they need it;
- Develop the collective knowledge of the community with regard to
the challenges and opportunities organizations face.
Methods
- Consultants recognized for their expertise and knowledge in a specific
field;
- A knowledge-sharing platform to help make information available
throughout the Sinapse network;
- Coaching mechanisms throughout the life of the project to ensure
that the right consultants are there when they are needed most.
