Enterprise architecture
Enterprise architecture is an organizational process
designed to align an organization’s strategies and objectives with the most effective
and efficient administrative and technological solutions in order to optimize its
investments.
It is used to produce documented overviews of the organization and align initiatives
with policies and objectives in an integrated manner to ensure coordination and
followup.
Our approach:
- Assign a multidisciplinary team to deal appropriately with challenges
related to the various components involved: business (through the help of a specialist
in the main field), data, applications, and technology.
- At startup, establish a collaboration strategy with other projects
already under way at the organization.
- Use models and prototypes presented in the company’s language of
business to position the various facets of the organization, their interactions,
and the areas targeted under strategic directions set by senior management and higher
bodies, where applicable.
- Use an iterative approach incorporating communications and results-sharing
with senior management to allow the organization to track progress, make any necessary
adjustments, and ensure that its investments are in line with its priorities—all
in the aim of supporting decision-making, a key factor in meeting objectives.
