Now celebrating their 5th anniversary
THE EXPERTISE OF SINAPSE RECOGNIZED BY OUR UNIVERSITIES AND IN EUROPE
Quebec City, February 15, 2011. Over the past five years, Sinapse Strategic Interventions
has developed a unique expertise in enterprise architecture that universities are
looking for and that they are asked to share during seminars for government managers.
Sinapse president Denis Beauchesne, along with a few of his colleagues, recently
took part in two events held respectively at the University of Ottawa and Laval
University in Quebec City that brought together experts from these two universities
and featured a prominent speaker from France. According to Denis Beauchesne, “good
governance is the prime focus in management circles today, and our extensive expertise
in the assessment of government programs and in enterprise architecture clearly
represents opportunities for the solutions increasingly solicited by businesses
and institutions.”
Sinapse Strategic Interventions proudly celebrates its 5th anniversary with a team
of 120 consultants and over $20 M in revenues. “We also took advantage of this anniversary
to expand our territory and our consulting interventions beyond Quebec City and
Montreal with the opening of our Ottawa office. With our expertise increasingly
recognized in the Québec public and private sector, the time was right to extend
our services to federal and Ontario-based organizations,” noted the president of
Sinapse.
Sinapse strategic interventions is best known for consulting services in areas of
organization and information technology management, including strategic planning,
enterprise architecture, program assessment, organizational development and performance
management. “Our development over the past five years has positioned us as a leader
in enterprise architecture, particularly for the comprehensive approach that organizations
increasingly demand,” explained the president of Sinapse. “Our expertise in this
sector is recognized even in France.”
Just as they offer their clients top quality services, Sinapse has also adopted
approaches to help hire and retain their valued personnel, as evidenced by their
“Healthy Workplace” certification, a quality standard for employee lifestyle habits,
work-personal life balance, working environment and management practices. “It only
makes sense for us to ensure a better quality of life for each member of our team,”
explains Denis Beauchesne. “This is a commitment that we made and we are very proud
of the results. And to be a finalist for the Board of Trade and Industry of Metropolitan
Québec Fidéides Awards in the Human Resources category reinforces our vision of
human resource management in 2011.”
“Our 5th anniversary is also an excellent occasion to celebrate the successes of
the entire Sinapse team and to look to the future,” said Denis Beauchesne. “Our
reputation in Europe is such that that we can now envisage offering our services
in this market in the near future.”
